Hitachi's Wooo DZ-HS303 DVD Camcorder With HDD

Digital World Tokyo previews the new Hitachi Wooo DZ-HS303 DVD HDD Camcorder which is slated for release around the end of August. 'Hitachi's DZ-HS303 may not be high definition like Canon's just-announced HV10, but the latest video camera to carry the WOOO label isn't as ridiculous as the brand name suggests. The 66 x 92 x 143mm, 560g DZ-HS303 can handle 8cm DVD-R/DVD-RAM/DVD-RW and DVD+RW, and its 3.3-megapixel camera with 10x zoom can record up to six hours of footage to an 8GB Microdrive or an hour to a disc.'
